  1. Do you have a working with children check?

Yes, we hold a current Working With Children Check. A copy of this can be provided upon request.

  1. Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have public liability insurance. A copy of this can be provided upon request.

  1. Is the face paint safe to use on children’s faces?

The paints we use are professional face paints and all FDA approved. There could be an occasional reaction on sensitive skin. Parental discretion advised. Please note that some colours may stain the skin slightly. This can be removed with make up remover or baby oil.

  1. How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made by contacting us using the contact form through this website, emailing us at info@wheresmyunicorn.com.au or call directly on 0405 141 854.

  1. Do I need a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit can be made by bank transfer.

This deposit is non refundable if you choose to cancel your booking. If we need to cancel a booking due to illness or an emergency, a full refund will be provided although this is very unlikely as friends of Where’s My Unicorn? are on stand by for emergencies such as this.
