Program Details: Foundations of Hoop Dance
What to expect: The foundations of hoop dance 1:1 session is an accelerated workshop that's all about introducing you to the hoop. Insights into what hoop size and weight to use to suit you and your body, the different styles of hula hooping and how they differ. Work through the basic fundamentals you'll need to lead you to sequencing and ultimately hoop dance flow.
This session is a great kick start to the 6 week Hula Hoop class or continue to work in the 1:1 forum for a personalised approach to your hula hoop journey. Each session we recap your acquired skills and introduce new tricks and sequencing moves to develop your flow and achieve your personal hoop dance goals.
