Suitable for: Men and women ages 14+
What to wear: Comfy clothes that are easy to move in. A little tip, hoops stick really well to your skin so don't be shy, bring a pair of shorts in your bag just in case, you might end up hooping on your knees!
What to bring: A water bottle and your zen vibe

What to expect: The foundations of hoop dance 6 week program will provide you with all the basic foundations to get you started with hula hooping; insights into what hoop size and weight to use to suit you and your body, the different styles of hula hooping and how they differ, ticks, lots of tricks and provide you with a solid foundation to start sequencing them all together in a cute little dance routine to show all your friends!
